To start with, one bed you could not sleep in due to being so used and old, people smoke outside our room and the smoke would come in, talk to loud outside our room middle of night, fridge door made so much noise when open and close , room was too small and we did not find spot to put our stuff but bathroom and shower was ok. Pay a little more and stay at lemon Tree INN cross the street. A lot nicer. We will stay there next time.

"Disappointing"
The kitchen is not stocked with any utensils, plates, pots or pans etc. You will have to bring all of that with you. The property is divided in half and there are two parking lots. Parking is not guaranteed and I had to park in the lot of the other building and then walk up the hill like driveway to get to my building - I am disabled and have mobility problems. There was construction going on and the workers took up most of the parking. The office is not always open. The keys stopped working. The power went out the day I checked out.

Requesting refund or credit for another stay at different hotel owned by Town and Country. Unsanitary conditions - the room was not cleaned and no coffee maker etc. - and far too expensive for the room. Please contact for a refund - partial Refund or stay in another hotel owned by town and country.

It was one of the few hotels available at a short notice. I can see why. The location was convenient to the hospital we were going to. Other than that nothing was good.

I did not like anyone about this property as soon as I stepped foot I was to cancel and get a refund, but after look at my itinerary there was NO REFUNDS.. I wanted to cry and leave but I was forced to stay
